PROMOTING THE ENTREPRENEURS AND THE ECOLOGIC BEE PRODUCTS
Abstract
In Romania, the apiarian sector is very important because it develops in very good conditions referring to the climate conditions, air and soil quality, and not in the last place the honey potential, significant apiarian production were obtained. In the last three years, the number of entrepreneurs from the apiarian sector, which manages 150 beehives, had an increasing trend. From the study, we can see that the Romanian honey and the bee products are very appreciated both in our country and in other countries like Germany, Italy, France, etc. One of the pain points of the entrepreneurs from the apiarian sector is the fact that the bee products are valuated at low prices, which do not cover the expenses. Therefore, we consider that promoting the entrepreneurship in the apiarian sector is very important and determines a strong economic development.
