ALGORITHMS OF MANAGEMENT OF FULL-SCALE ORGANISATION PROTECTION
Abstract
The present paper is dedicated to investigation of the business protection technologies from the perspective of security facilities at multiple levels of the organisation development. Objective instruments that allow to ascertain causes of the organisation disruption and to develop a system of countermeasures act in the capacity of such resources. We offer a new method of assessment of the security service level of readiness to perform their duties in the conditions of changes introduced within the organisation. Its implementation improves the performance of the overall security system within the organisation. It is achieved by means of detection of cases of loop of vigilance of the staff at the stage of introduction of the new technological resources. Introduction of the new automated tools, by causing reduction of the degree of responsibility exhibited by the security guards, gives rise to cases when the security guards are not ready to provide full-value protection of the organisation in the event of temporary stoppage of the system. In which case, any change is an expensive procedure that is why any unauthorized tampering causes serious losses. From this perspective, an organisation must have at its disposal tools of the current status assessment that would not allow to intervene in the steady process. Absence of these tools mark the borders of the highlighted problem. Consequently, full-scale protection is the readiness of the organisation to determine the current position and, when necessary, to restore the lost steadiness of its performance.
