INVESTMENTS IN INNOVATIVE PROJECTS: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS
Abstract
This article discusses the problems of investment in national innovative projects. Prerequisite for the development of economy and building a national innovation system is the high investment activity. Especially that the new economy is based on intellectual resources, high-tech and information technology, which means a new technological level of the entire economy. Nevertheless, most innovative companies are experiencing difficulties in attracting the investments needed to implement innovative projects. The existing base for the development of the venture capital industry in the form of a specific set of tools and instruments needed to be improved to make it more effective. In this respect, the main task is to develop and implement a national strategy for the venture capital industry, bringing together the interests of all participants in the investment and innovation markets.
