NON-CRIMINAL COMPETENCE OF PUBLIC PROSECUTION AND ITS FORMS IN THE V4 COUNTRIES
Abstract
The author of this contribution deals with the competence of public prosecution service in the non-criminal field. In the first part of the contribution the author discusses theoretical basis of the non-criminal competence of public prosecution service. Then he analyzes non-criminal competence of public prosecution services of the V4 countries. In the last part he evaluates analyzed legal regulations and provides critical comments concerning in particular the new regulation of the Hungarian public prosecution service.
