THE TATAR LANGUAGE REALIZATION AS THE OFFICIAL (20-30TH OF THE XX CENTURY)

Abstract

This article is devoted to research of functioning of the Tatar language as state one in the 20s-30s of the XX century. In work definite purposes and problems of realization of the Tatar language, the main stages of this process are allocated and characterized. Language functioning in national commissariats and public institutions, and also in various educational institutions of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (TASSR) has been studied. The main difficulties complicating functioning of the Tatar language as state one at this historical moment have been revealed. Our research was constructed on materials of the National archive of the Republic of Tatarstan and periodicals of the 20s-30s of the last century. In work the following methods and receptions have been used: method of the description of chronology of introduction of the Tatar language as state one in various branches of public life; method of the analysis of documents, comparative method, induction method, supervision method, etc.
