Abstract

In the article is briefly discussed the question of development of system of regional governance by smoothing of spatial polarization in the region on the basis of implementation of infrastructure projects (as an infrastructure objects are considered hotel businesses in republic of Tatarstan and Mari El republic). Has been carried out the scenery forecasting of tendencies of regionsВ’ development in the conditions of spatial polarization smoothing management on the basis of a diversification of hotel business in Tatarstan and Mari El.
