CURRENT EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL PERSPECTIVES AND HOW TO MAKE THEM MORE EFFICIENT BY IMPROVING PERFORMANCE ON THE TRAJECTORY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Abstract
In response to the current situation, when the school has a well-known home mutation, information technologies represent a foundation for development and a reference point for working bodies. Enough in the best area to manage a communication problem generates imposed distances as well as a potential conflict of visibility involved in each category of human resources. Emphasizing the ambiguity of the individual role, a lack of cohesion involves changes and inconveniences on the authorial authorities or paid attention and reflected for the achievement of a goal to create a particular solution for advanced educational organizations, in terms of maintaining optimal relationships, a conviviality, connect the priority of professional development. The development-related policies of educational organizations are constantly changing, and the roles of managers will also be constantly changing in this regard. From this perspective, in the article, the challenges in the field of information technology and their effects on human resources were examined, through a series of analyzes, synthesis, selection and transfer processes, the creation of conceptual models. Factors affecting success, such as the need to redesign contractual responsibilities and obligations, have been the focus of this research, as well as the multiple competencies of individuals in the recruitment process to raise awareness of the role of education in the development of information technology. Finally, the present research, which started from studies of the moment and consequences on social distancing through a model of analysis of indicators that generate resistance to change, results in methods and strategies for balancing them and solutions for organizations. advanced education, taking into account the timeline of effective success factors.
