RISKS OF INTRODUCING DIGITAL SOLUTIONS DEPENDING ON THE STAGE OF THE LIFE CYCLE AND THEIR RELATIONS TO THE TYPES OF INNOVATIONS IN THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES MARKET
Abstract
The great opportunity to classify risks of the introduction of digital solutions to the organizations, which provide educational services, lies behind the opportunity to measure the degree of implementation of digital solutions in the organization and the degree of collaborations about digital solutions, both inside and outside of the organization. The paper classifies the risks of introducing digital solutions, depending on the stage of the life cycle. Authors analyzed risks of introduction, growth and maturity according to the developed system of indicators. The paper gives an assessment of the risks of introducing digital solutions based on the barriers considered, chosen strategies and collaborative innovations and includes a list of risks of introducing digital solutions, describing innovative activities on the educational services market. This list includes social risk, risk of decline in professional skills, technological risk and risk of education system. Authors completed this risk list with traditional risks: the risk of fraud; risk of resistance to the introduction of digital solutions; risk of corruption. The paper gives the risk assessment of the implementation of digital solutions in providing educational services organizations. Organizations providing educational services must develop a system of internal and external collaborations to introduce digital solutions, which in turn leads to a reduction in the impact of digital risks.
