INNOVATIVE CULTURE: NATURE, STRUCTURE, IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract

The work substantiates rationale of the innovative culture research as a basis and driver of the postindustrial society development. It describes its nature, structure and implementation. Formed in the conditions of postindustrial (information) society the innovative culture organically combines knowledge, experience and creative aspirations of previous generations with the latest scientific achievements in various fields of scientific, technical and social and humanitarian knowledge. Culture holds a special place in the system of social production. Its superbiological programs contain historically accumulated social experience by a system of information codes. Traditions are interpreted in the social and philosophical context as a historically constituted set of social relations that determine social institutions and phenomena of intellectual culture, handed down from generation to generation in the unchanged form. The social function of tradition is to preserve and reproduce historical norms and ideals of public life. Innovative culture is a base and a factor for sustainable development of postindustrial society and innovation-oriented market economy; in the process of functioning the innovative culture focuses on creating the best organizational forms of social production for the society.
