Abstract

The article looks at the problem of overcoming the real condition of marginalized high-status posts of Russia within the context of global geopolitical system in respect of the aspect of its intelligent innovative content. This article supports the conceptualization necessity of intelligent and workforce capacity implementation of Russian society as a key factor of negative trend overcoming in Russian civilizational development, framework of new society type, based on technological and social cultural groundwork of innovative civilization, where generations of the current century will live. The research allows concluding that basis for performing the innovation activity in the sphere of science and education is principally efficient and rational use of intelligent resources of scientific and educational service subjects who are capable to develop and implement innovative projects of different comlexity and orientation. The results obtained will form the theoretical and methodical foundation for the integrated facilities development of coping strategies implementation of intelligent marginalization in the Russian Federation.
