DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALTRUISTIC ORIENTATION OF THE PERSONALITY OF STUDENTS AND EXPERTS OF HELPING PROFESSIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to theoretical and empirical studying of a problem of a normative (humanistic) orientation of the identity of students and experts of helping professions. It contains data on degree of expressiveness of an altruistic orientation at teachers and students of a pedagogical profile also. It is revealed that high expressiveness of altruistic motives is characteristic for smaller number of future teachers (students) in comparison with acting teachers. It, in turn, confirms importance of creation of the technologies developing an altruistic orientation at future experts and representatives of helping professions.
