Abstract

One of the key factors of innovative development is the availability of a favorable innovation environment that ensures the transformation of ideas and developments into market products, the introduction of these products into the most important branches of the economy and the social sphere, and also allows preserving a unique set of scientific and engineering schools. However, the key challenge for effective innovation is the lack of an enabling environment and an innovative climate that stimulates the creation of innovations that ensure the growth of global competitiveness, labor productivity and the quality of life of the population. Thus, the formation and development of the innovation environment as the most important condition for the implementation of effective innovations is an urgent scientific task of great economic importance. Digital technologies are best developed in a harmonious ecosystem. At present, projects in the ecosystem format are becoming more popular when a community of people connected with common interests is formed; the economy is very rapidly migrating into the history of ecosystems. In the next 10 years we should expect competition of ecosystems, integrated among themselves digital platforms: in the oncoming global digital economy, the economic contour will win, which is the fastest growing in the number and quality of digital platforms integrated into a single ecosystem. That is, the digital economy should be regarded as an ecosystem economy.
