CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF HUMAN RESOURCE ASSESSMENT, ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND ORGANIZATIONAL INTERNATIONALIZATION
Abstract
Based on empirical experience there is performed a theoretical modelling of interaction of organization and global environment in joint prospect of human resource assessment, organizational climate and organizational internationalization. Having researched the influence of human resource assessment on organizational climate in Lithuanian public sector, there was constructed a conceptual model describing human resource assessment, organizational climate and organizational internationalization. During creation of the model, there was an expectation to answer the question how human resource assessment and organizational climate could be related in the organizations, which are in process of constant internationalization now. To reach that goal it was decided not only to spread out and graphically represent the structures of human resource assessment, organizational climate and organizational internationalization, but also to represent possible logical interactions between their fragments.
