Abstract

A healthy people live in a healthy country, regardless of conditions, policies or governments. Like any demographic state, Romania enters the health systems market, adapting the best projects, even if they are expected to be solvable in the medium or long term. upon us as a people, we are beginning to understand that the human health of a tried people is a priority in economic, political, geographical recovery. Although the population is aging, we have young specialists eager to restore the health system, even if some of them migrate to developed countries. We are able in conditions of epidemiological crisis, to cope either through the state or private health system. With a healthy heritage of stable, traditional people, we have the right to have a health system with quality and efficient medical services for the entire population. We chose to adapt and implement in the medical system a radical transformation of the health system with a thorough Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats analysis, to avoid a possible negative impact or collapse in the health system in time and space. The COVID-19 epidemic must be analyzed in order to stop any economic, political crisis, with influences on the population. So, if the health system market is diversified, we can choose the best medical services, the basic condition being the sustainability of funding sources. There is a need for responsibility and loyalty in the health system, of medical and auxiliary staff, so that prevention becomes defining in the mitigation of diseases, at urban and regional level.
