Abstract

The article is dedicated to the structural roots of conflicts within modern Russian society. The authors idea is to present consistently the dialectical relationship of economic, political and ideological levels of the order. The article notes that private property is the most important factor of the modern society functioning. It defines social interests and relations, creates the class of owners and generates economic order, which is subsequently legitimized by power structure and ideology. The deformations in economic relations system are transformed into the deformations of the political and ideological systems. In this context, the main problem of the Russian society, is that it based on an anonymous ownership of the means of production, which interferes the emergence of the responsible economic subject, and therefore all other social relations. The established economic model in Russia does not localize long-term interests. Interests are channeled only into the sectors of the economy focused on foreign market condition, or in the field of "speculative capital". The shrinkage of the national product source, where the lead role is allocated to trade in energy resources and raw materials, results in the shrinkage of the exchange ratio range to almost two subjects - the state and the population. One of the consequences of the mentioned above is the suppression of social and political structures development. The deformations in economic relations system are transformed into the deformations of the political space. The absence of the materialized individual interests and the distance of the large part of society from the participation in the real reproduction of the basic system of relations, obstructs the opportunity to form social groups evolving on the ground of real common interests. The underdeveloped network of economic, social and political relations in the society obstructs the opportunity to form common culture and leads to new principles of self-identity in it. Deprived of the possibility to identify with full views of such a group individuals look for the other forms of collective identity, based on the essentialistic identities, endangering the existence of the society itself. Hence is another danger - identity conflicts.
