METHODS AND APPROACHES FOR THE INTELLECTUAL RESOURCES EVALUATION
Abstract
Strategy and tactics of modern Business development is guided, first of all, by the company's intellectual assets development, including their basic component - human resources.Management of enterprise's intellectual assets development demands a quantitative evaluation of these resources quality parameters. In the work presented it is proposed to use a graphic display of an intellectual assets quality condition in a form of spatial histogram with a following coordinates system: "human", "organizational" and "social" resources for the problem solution.According to the evaluation conditions, relative magnitudes of these values are contained within a range from zero to one, i.e. the ideal condition of an intellectual asset can be represented by an equilateral triangle.Deviations from 1 on coordinate axes characterize imperfection of the organization itself and intellectual assets utilization in the organization.Taking into account a fact, that all parameters in the proposed methodology are calculated on the basis of initial data of the concrete company, which industrial resources are balanced within the framework of the adopted technology, the submitted histogram can serve both for management strategy elaboration and organization's intellectual assets development, as well as for the current management results monitoring, similar to Norton and Kaplan's balanced parameters chart (BSC).
