STUDENT – UNIVERSITY – EMPLOYER TRILATERAL RELATIONSHIP: A CASE STUDY
Abstract
The present case study deals with the trilateral relationship of the student, the university, and the employer. The article describes the current state of the cooperation of organizations with other partners in their contact sphere. The article also includes a basic classification of organizations, their goals, and their ideas concerning the cooperation of organizations in this trilateral relationship. Organizations can be broken down by jurisdiction into the public and the private sector, but also by industry, by legal person, and by the size of turnover or the number of employees. Organizations as potential employers engage in different kinds of cooperation as part of their development. Creating relationships and maintaining them is called business networking. This article presents the main definitions and discusses the current state of networking skills and networking strategies of companies. Part of this study are a questionnaire survey and face-to-face interviews carried out with staff who are responsible for human resources of the organization, for the organizationВ’s contact area, and for the organizationВ’s networking, marketing, and communication strategy.
