ASSESSMENT OF OPPORTUNITIES OF APPLICATION THE BEST PRACTICES TO ACTIVATION OF THE INVESTMENT PROCESSES IN THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN
Abstract
Modern trends in the development of the economy determine the need to improve the efficiency of management of investment processes, since the intensification of investment activity contributes to the renewal of the material and technical base, expansion of production, strengthening of competitive advantages. Analysis of the experience of stimulating investment activity in the regions of the Russian Federation allowed to identify several areas, the implementation of which will provide additional capital inflow to the region. The article presents the most effective tools to enhance investment activity at the regional level and substantiated the possibility of their use in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Among the main measures to intensify investment processes at the regional level, it is possible to distinguish the provision of tax benefits depending on the creation of high-performance jobs, the volume of capital investments and the amount of wages, redistribution of tax revenues of the regional and local budget, the development of customer-oriented competencies through the system of additional education for all employees of the institutional infrastructure of investment activities, the development of scientific and industrial cooperation, the development and maintenance of the information environment of investment activity in the relevant state, etc. The assessment of the expected results from the integrated use of the considered tools presented in the article allows to predict a significant increase in the investment in the economy of the Republic of Bashkortostan by 2030.
