THE STRATEGIC DIALOGUE AS A CRUCIAL PART OF INTERACTIONS BETWEEN POLITICIANS AND THEIR GENERALS
Abstract
In recent volatile geostrategic environment have been multiplicated number of actors and threats. Due to faster operational tempo, it is a crucial to keep interactions between politicians fulfilling their political tasks to improve society and generals responsible for forces development, equipment, training and proper usage. Smoother dialogue might save lives and resources, whereas any misunderstanding costs the same and has a negative impact to their society. Behavior patterns are showed in Hitler-Guderian and Churchill-Brooke relations during the World War II. From these follow demand that top hard-power executive representatives must be either fully-experienced soldiers or policemen or there should be established an emergency mechanism how to change attitude of those politicians when giving improper or anti-societal orders and directives. This article describes pathways how to improve military exponents and political party representatives attitude to develop and use their forces accordingly to support a society progress.
