Abstract

Social policy of the state is usually identified with the social policy of the government. It focuses on promoting employment, social protection, improving living and working conditions. It creates conditions and participates in balanced development individuals, groups and communities. Social policy is a part of modern society and deals to solve various problems in different areas. The aim of the article is to point out the social policy in election programs of coalition political parties in the Slovak Republic. As the parliamentary elections will be held in 2020, outputs in the article will serve as a basis for the extent to which the selected political parties of the Slovak Republic have fulfilled and implemented the election program in the period 2016-2020 in terms of social policy.
