THE RELATION TO CALLS AND THREATS IN THE ARCTIC IN THE CONTEXT OF CREATOSPHERE (KREATOSFERA)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concepts of "threat" and "challenge" in the context of the creative and cultural economies of the Arctic. Today, the issues of studying the Arctic are being given special attention in the light of the development of the creative and digital economy. The development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation is discussed in the context of implementing the principles of sustainable development of the territory, including aspects of ensuring national security of society and the state. The aim of the article is to analyze the peculiarities of threats and challenges that determine the development of the Arctic in a creative and cultural economy. Even today, the importance of the Arctic region goes beyond the raw material economy. Identified features of the impact of natural and social threats and challenges on the creatorosphere in the Arctic as a place of special geostrategic interests of states and long-term economic interests of society, as well as the development of the sociocultural model of the world of indigenous peoples of the Arctic. In the conditions of uncontrolled trends of coevolution, spreading challenges and threats to stability and stability, there is a need for driver models of thinking change. Creation of the creatosphere becomes an urgent task in the search for answers to threats and challenges in the Arctic. It is through creative kinds of labor that new intellectual values, innovations, humanitarian technologies are created that improve and transform the socio-economic reality in the face of new threats and challenges. The creatosphere has a spiritually creative beginning on the basis of ecosophy, co-evolution and socio-natural harmony, the principles of the creative and cultural economy. The digital space becomes a catalyst for the development of the creativity of the creatosphere. The thinking of the creatosphere in the Arctic is to change attitudes toward the Arctic man, to develop standards for the quality of creative life in cold and permafrost conditions. The creativity in the Arctic is designed to respond to threats to integrity and sustainability, to become a psycho-energy driver of development.
