EMOTIONS AND RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCES AND THEIR ROLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRESCHOOLERS` PERSONALITY
Abstract
Each stage in a man’s life is important, at each moment the individual grows up, develops, evolves, changes; yet, the preschool period is significant in this process, because now one lays the basis of the future personality, and the most important acquisitions take place, both physically and especially psychically. Called by some specialists the “golden age”, the period comprised between 3 and 6 years is characterized by a strong desire to know, to discover the world around and to master it; the child is curious, communicates, meets new situations that require him to shape and develop new skills and competences, of adaptation, which facilitate his involvement in complex psychic activities. It is a period that is extremely rich in opportunities, in emotions, in experiences, in requirements from the adults, in contexts for learning and discovering the world, in possibilities of turning to good value the human potential.
