Abstract

The aim of our paper is to carry out a two case comparative study comparing two social A two case comparative study applies the following methods: comparison, questionnaire method. The result at which we arrived rests in finding out with which facility of social services the clients are more satisfied. Our premise is that the respondents in the questionnaire express that they are more satisfied with the private facility of social services. The future research in the given area should make research into costs of provided services in relation to their quality. The added value of the paper rests in application of questionnaire method, which shows the results regarding satisfaction of the clients of social services facilities.
