Abstract

Businesses today simply cannot ignore corporate sustainability. It has key roles to play in long-term corporate success of an organization as well as value -inspired market services in the society. It is equally important that companies recognize the benefits of sustainability right from the very top or managerial level of the organization keep an annual record of progress made in this regard, and report as well as maintain a local engagement of stakeholders in their environment of operations. The aim of the article is to introduce the new term – negotiated organizational sustainability and discuss its scope and applicability.
