ON THE QUESTION OF THE FORMATION OF THE PERSONNEL POLICY OF THE EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The article describes the features of personnel policy formation of an educational institution. The essence of the personnel policy work with the staff corresponds to the concept of educational establishment, ie the personnel policy of any educational institution it is an integral part of the strategic policy oriented organization. Personnel policy is a powerful strategic tool for the staff of the organization management system.
