"SOCIAL-PROFESSIONAL" SAFETY OF YOUNG PROFESSIONALS IN THE COURSE OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION
Abstract
This article describes the features of the "social and professional security" young professionals in enterprises and institutions in the course of their professional adaptation. For a more comprehensive discussion of this topic is given by the definition of "young professional". "Social -professional "security in relation to the young specialist is a series of measures aimed at the protection and realization of their professional activities, guarantees and rights. Adaptation problem of young people who begin their career is activated in the modern era of innovation. Professional adaptation - is a process of adaptation to the activities directly dependent on the professional identification - career development. For the formation and implementation of this type of identification are required technological and psychological conditions of the special knowledge of, and compliance with the abilities of the young specialist nature of professional activity. Professional identification is associated with the implementation of a young specialist functional responsibilities, as well as his participation in the activities of scientific and technical societies, scientific and technical conferences. To expedite the process of adaptation to the young specialist is used some measures, which include: the appointment of a mentor to the young person who tells a new employee that he will do as it will be organized workflow, as well as the importance of his work. In order to develop the necessary skills of young specialist in further work use a set of special training and work assignments. Research findings show that the majority of the staff adapted to the professional activities, but a low level of social security indicates a lack of collective training and other activities.
