THE SOCIAL PERSPECTIVE OF EDUCATION FOR ALL IN THE CONTEXT OF DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURE
Abstract
The culture of modern society as an object of study is a complex interaction of many fields and factors. One of the most important is education as a necessary minimum of knowledge about the world. We investigated the results of the implementation of the programme of education for all in the world practice, taking into account reports of UNESCO and the World Conferences on Education. The documents that guarantee everyone's right to education, starting with the Declaration of Human Rights, were chosen as the basis. The results of the study allow to evaluate the social perspective of education for all in the context of development of culture.
