Abstract

Objective vision of the quality of working life contributes to a better adaptation when performing job functions. Education contributes much to understanding by young people about the quality of working life. The purpose of the study is in formulating the important practical and theoretical problem, namely how the status of the quality of working life affects decision-making in groups of graduate students in favour of choosing an educational path or job speciality. In the proposed article, the authors continued to explore the issue of young people's perceptions about the quality of their working life with the use of special methods of questioning.
