STUDY ON THE NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING - AS PERSONALIZED UNIQUE PRODUCT
Abstract
According to Edgar Cayce's philosophy, the diet is an essential element of life. He said that, "The disease begins in your plate". Starting from this concept and from some problems regarding the performance of human resources from organization, the authors present in this paper, a model for conducting nutritional counseling process. In developing the proposed model the authors have used, besides the specific techniques and counseling process, some instruments characteristic of engineering quality. The purpose of this model is actually the reducing of unproductive time and absenteeism in an organization.
