Abstract

One of the motivations for selecting this issue was the ongoing development of the training approach, particularly at the technical-tactical component level, which was supported by the underwhelming results of the Romanian football teams abroad. In this way, by endorsing specific technical-tactical models that aid Romanian football teams in playing their games more effectively, our approach also serves to increase the value level. Exploratory research was used to support our examination of the technical-tactical behavior of a junior B football club in Romania. From this research, we were able to extract a number of pieces of data that would be used in the creation of game models. In order to examine areas of behavioral evolution, efficiency, and performance impact, the article set out to investigate and identify organizational trends at the technicaltactical level of junior B teams. These crucial details and information were kept in order to formulate some suggestions and recommendations, which marks a significant advancement in the creation of models for collective behavior that are technical-tactical throughout both the assault and defense phases.
