IMPLEMENTATION OF HEURIST TRAINING TECHNOLOGY IN THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Abstract
The article deals with the process of applying heuristic methods of training in vocational education. For this purpose, the main features of heuristic technology were identified. It is noted that the student's work acquires efficiency in his ability to evaluate his actions, bring the solution to the end, while noting the importance of flexibility in thinking, the ability to update and organize information in the task at hand. The definitions of the concepts "heuristic rules", "heuristic task" are distinguished. The classifications of forms I heuristic learning. The concept of form is treated differently. In the first case, both the actual form of education and the second as a form of training organization. Attention is paid to such heuristic methods as "brainstorming" and "business game". The signs of the technology of brainstorming and the principles on which the business game is built are singled out, as well as the opportunities provided by the business game for the development of the personal qualities of the students. The emphasis is also placed on the fact that heuristic methods correspond to the existing competency approach, since its main idea is the students' application of their knowledge in practice. Heuristic technology allows you to immerse the student in conditions that are as close to professional as possible. The use of the technologies under consideration considerably shortens the time of solving didactic problems. Thanks to the heuristic activity, students develop the ability to understand and use creative ways and methods of productive cognitive activity.
