PEDAGOGICAL FACILITATION AS A METHOD OF ENHANCING INTERCULTURAL STUDENTS IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the concept of "pedagogical facilitation", the technologies of facilitating implementation of the method in teaching. Pedagogical facilitation is defined as a form of creative self-reflection to the student's promise informative teacher. The modern world is characterized by a very rapid pace of change of information, so the teacher should focus their attention on creating an instrument of self-education system in the future. The teacher should try to convey their inner interest in learning through communicative act. Currently, you can observe in the college environment migration - mixed teams. They are characterized by varying degrees of adaptability to students participating team, the learning process and the form of the provision of information. In the course of the study revealed a trend of disinterest faculty use facilitations approach in communicating information and improving adaptability students intercultural. Recommendations for use of this method should be applied in special courses for teachers working with students of other nationalities "Fundamentals migrant students". They should motivate students to workers with scientific activities from the first course. For a migrant student it is more rapid perception of new terms and lexical and grammatical structures, which leads to more rapid development of communicative competence in the professional field in Russian. Today, the main purpose of higher education in Russia is "professional education". Of particular significance in the preparation of future specialist training acquires professional communication. Disadvantages communicative development significantly impede professional and personal growth expert.
