Abstract

In the study basing on the key regional indicators and export goods analysis is discussed the possibilities of current regional foreign trade models in the social and economic development in case of the sanctions restrictions (on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan). Basing on the received estimates is analyzed the proposed position that the current foreign economic relations models of export-oriented regions are capable to compensate in the medium term some lost profits in the cases of the sanctions restrictions. The foreign trade linkages of the Republic of Tatarstan already now in the sanctions conditions show the possibilities of further development due to the actual reorientation and growth of trade volumes with the regions and countries out of sanctions, including the Southeast Asian countries (India, China, Taiwan), etc. that confirm the high adaptation capacity of the current regional foreign trade linkages system. It is shown that the analyzed foreign economic relations system of the modern industrialized region has as the both stability and the some predicted efficiency in the similar cases.
