PROFESSIONAL STAFF IN SCHOOL AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN EDUCATION
Abstract
The contribution has theoretical character analyzes and focuses on the current state of professionals in school (psychologists, special pedagogues, social educators and education counsellors) and their impact on quality of life in education. The author with several years' experience in the operation of a school psychologist aims to present concrete aspects of professional activities in school and surveys the impact of exposure of professionals and counselling facilities to prevention and elimination of the problems of pupils, teachers and parents. In the context of quality of life in education highlights the need to address issues of professional school staff working at school such as non-uniform concept of work or procedures and methods of preventive, diagnostic and consulting services etc. On the other hand the author refers to the quality of life of students, teachers and parents under the influence of work of psychologists working direct in schools.
