Abstract

The relevance of this study in the context of the intensification of integration processes occurring in the world community in all spheres of human activity, including the system of higher education, is determined by the need to manage the processes of enhancing international academic mobility of students. The process of developing the migration of academically oriented young people, whose pace is very significant, provides access to recognized centers of knowledge - the place for the formation of leading scientific schools, gives them the opportunity not only to receive a diversified education in the chosen area of training, but also to expand their knowledge in all areas of foreign culture. Undoubtedly, one of the most important strategic directions for solving this problem is the development of student scientific societies - voluntary student associations, for which scientific research is the key to success in life. The aim of the study is to develop a strategy for the creation and development of a student scientific society (SSS) В«International Sustainability & Innovations Management (ISIM)В» in the Southern Federal University and to justify the significance of its practical implementation for solving the problem of enhancing the international academic mobility of students. Achieving the goal of the research required the solution of such problem tasks as compiling a questionnaire and conducting a student survey to identify and rank the criteria of their particular institution and a training program choice; structural representation of the system of factors determining the successful development of international student scientific societies in leading domestic and foreign universities; substantiation of goals, objectives and other necessary elements of the strategy of creation and development at the University of SSS В«International Sustainability & Innovations ManagementВ». The innovativeness of the author's approach, first of all, consists in justifying the necessity and algorithmization of the process of creating and developing an international student scientific society at the Southern Federal University. The use of the proposed algorithm will make it possible to make the system of international coordination of the multifaceted process of intellectual advancement, the exchange of scientific and cultural potential, resources, and training technologies more flexible and in line with current trends and challenges, and will also enhance the international academic reputation of the university.
