MODERN METHODS TO IDENTIFY KEY COMPETENCES IN ADULT EDUCATION
Abstract
The article discusses the relevance of key competencies in the education system, once analyzed various approaches to the definition of key competences, existing in domestic and foreign science. The article focuses on the fact that one of the priority strategic educational benchmarks are the key competencies that serve as a possible mechanism for enhancing the potential of human capital and the level of development of the economic welfare of the country. The classification of the components of the competencies that represent the evolution of a wide range of views based on the research in the framework of the European system of education and the key competencies developed in Russian pedagogical science. The importance of forming key competences of the adult population as a basis for effective and adaptive education in accordance with the new requirements established by the interaction of the educational system and the real economy. Discusses a new approach to the classification of key competencies.
