EVALUATE OF PUPILS' WORK IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS – COMPETENCE OF TEACHER
Abstract
Improving the quality of the teacher's professional competences is currently the subject of professional discussion in Slovak education. The intention is to improve and expand the theoretical and practical teacher training. Examination and reflecting on the issue of evaluation of the work of pupils in the process of education is considered to be an important aspect of undergraduate study. Effective and objective evaluation of the process and the results of education are among the basic pedagogical competencies. The aim of this paper is to highlight the nature of the evaluation and analysis of approaches to evaluation. The fundamental aspect of the evaluation is the respect of the psychodidactic aspects, which will be part of the theoretical reflection of the studied subject. Competence properly evaluate the performance of pupils in education is the space in which it is necessary permanent support and development not only in the future but also active teachers. Creating and developing this competence is part of the competency profile of a teacher in Slovakia. Exploring the field of evaluation is an integral part of scientific research project titled Practice in the centre of the subject field didactics, subject field didactics in the centre of preparation for practice, which is realized a team of experts at the University of Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra.
