THE INFLUENCE OF ERGONOMIC CULTURE ON THE LABOR FUNCTIONS OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF MODERN SCHOOL

Abstract

This paper substantiates the relevance of the influence of ergonomic culture on the labor functions of future teachers of modern school and the author's developments in the implementation of the labor functions of future teachers in modern school. The problem of teacher participation in creating a safe and comfortable educational environment of a modern school is considered. The mechanism of the influence of the ergonomic culture of students of the psychological and pedagogical university on the labor functions of future teachers of modern school is analyzed. The need for the formation of ergonomic culture of future teachers is identified. The components of ergonomic culture are grounded: ergonomic knowledge, skills, thinking and focus, the concepts of ergonomic knowledge, ergonomic thinking, ergonomic orientation are differentiated. The mechanism of the influence of the ergonomic culture of the teacher on his/her labor functions and their fulfillment depending on the teacherВ’s ergonomic culture are proved. The components of the ergonomic culture of future teachers are presented: ergonomic knowledge, skills, thinking and focus.
