NIETZSCHE AND HEIDEGGER ABOUT REASON ACTIVITY ÀS SCHEMATIZATION OF “CREATIVE” CHAOS

Abstract

Nietzsche's reduction of reason to “practice” of the irrational life, which schematizing chaos, is considered as important aspect of radical turn from classic to non classic European philosophy. Hermeneutic and comparative methods of a history-philosophical research are used. It is shown that M. Heidegger in lectures of 1936?40, which were devoted to F. Nietzsche, actually interprets his genealogy method as some kind of phenomenology reduction. The last allows to find, in the base of conceptual thinking, initial reality of the chaos treated as creative accomplishment of life. The practical need for mutual understanding and account expresses a tendency of the life to ensuring constancy. In Nietzsche’s interpretation of chaos schematization as a prerequisite of everyday and scientific thinking Heidegger finds the motives close to his own analytics of everyday presence. The esthetic background of Nietzsche’s idea about “the inventing reason” is revealed; the attention is focused on interpretation of metaphors formation, which are creatively changing sensual images, as initial stage of chaos schematization by consciousness. It is shown that, explaining transition from chaos of sensual impressions to the world ordered in concepts, Nietzsche has to recognize the “immanent transcendence” of life (G. Simmel) and identify activity of “the inventing reason” with practice of life accomplishment, with “the interpreting existence” (F. Nietzsche).
