THE MECHANISM OF FORMATION AND FUNCTIONING OF CREATIVE SPACES OF TERRITORIAL ENTITIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AS AN IMPORTANT ELEMENT OF ITS ECONOMIC SECURITY
Abstract
In this article the mechanism of formation and functioning of creative spaces of territorial formations of the Russian Federation. This mechanism is considered as part of the concept of development of territorial entities and economic security of the country. The proposed mechanism will contribute to innovative development of territories associated with environmentally friendly use of former industrial buildings in the city, former industrial areas and improving the quality of life of the population, which will be able to actively participate in the creation of creative environment. Substantiated the role of creative spaces and increase their contribution to the economy of territorial formations through the creation of conditions for creative activity of the population and the new use of the intellectual potential of territories. All these aspects are analysed in the article with the use of the practical examples along with theoretical approach which allows to find the most appropriate models.
