Abstract

In globalized world quality of life becomes an essential part of modern civilization, and the business practices of the prevailing opinion are the decisive factors in enterprise systems and in their further development of the quality of products and services. Therefore, there is a raising need of quality of all kinds of goods and services, and in this connection, tourism services as well. Instead of mass-appeal, extension and uniformity, a crucial role in meeting the needs of tourists now rests on individuality, diversity, contrast, humanity, and especially quality of the new ideas. In all tourist countries, especially in tourist countries of the European Union, hard tourism gives way to software tourism or quantity gives way to quality. A reply tourism market offers to these new demands is characterized by a new, richer and more diverse tourism offer, offering quality, which means meeting the needs of customers' products and services. The main assumption/thesis: The quality of tourism services is becoming the international exchange service, asset base and competitive race standard between various tourist countries. In this paper we will examine what are the quality standards in the EU and in the world, as well as quality control systems management, TQM and "Controlling".
