Abstract

This article deals with applying cognitive analysis methods to manage online store operations. Structured modeling offers an opportunity to build indicative management and create an expert system to support managerial decisions making that enables any time to identify the most effective strategic management and develop specific tactic recommendations for store's managers. Currently, much attention is paid to the process of effective management and profitability of the online store. It is very important to start analyzing any information about orders, customers and transactions from the beginning of the online store. Modeling of effective management of the store is one of the most important tasks of management, as the decision-maker will optimally choose necessary factors. This will allow us to make important conclusions for the further development of sales and online store overall. In addition, the analysis result may be changes in the advertising campaign and other marketing tools and management.
