Abstract

Innovation entrepreneurship in almost every country is important because its existence and development can hypothetically solve the problems of employment, the growth of interest in new developments; in the institutional context, innovation entrepreneurship can have an impact on the level of competitiveness of States. Despite the significant support programs for small and medium-sized businesses at the level of each individual state, there are few substantive results. It is also difficult to understand in detail the functioning of innovation-oriented companies, there are significant difficulties in tracking their activities. This article suggests the impact on the innovative activity of the entrepreneur is not accumulated information, and the completeness of information at the time. Based on the theory of Autopoiesis found that the study of uncertainties in innovative entrepreneurship it is possible to apply conditions such as: the dependence of uncertainty from the other, which influences the extreme dependence from the first; each component uncertainty represents a process, not a phenomenon; the study of uncertainties of innovative entrepreneurship cannot be standardized, to manage uncertainties is possible only through the study of the causes of uncertainty in each case; uncertainties appear and are reproduced independently in innovative entrepreneurship; groups of uncertainties can be identified, the force and the nature of their interaction with other elements of other systems.
