THE IMPACT OF MOTIVATION ON FACULTY MEMBERS’ WILLINGNESS TO INNOVATE
Abstract
In this paper we discuss the relationship of motivation and faculty members’ willingness to innovate. Our main contention is that willingness to innovate determined by the type of employee motivation. Each type of motivation corresponds to a type of willingness to innovate.
