INTERDEPENDENCIES OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT FOR ELABORATING THE ORGANIZATION'S STRATEGY
Abstract
The present paperwork presents the development and the results of a micro-level scientific research regarding the interdependencies of strategic management and knowledge management. Throughout the paper content we briefly introduce the conceptual framework which is represented by the connections between knowledge management and strategic management both in theory and practice. The research focuses to discover the managers' perspective and practices with respect to the strategic management and application of knowledge management. The research methods are both quantitative and qualitative thus we used the survey by questionnaire, the observation and argumentation methods. Analyzing the research results we may say that the formulated hypothesis have been validated and the conclusions are interesting and practical.
