LEGAL CULTURE: THE VALUE APPROACH
Abstract
The article is devoted to several approaches to understanding of the legal culture phenomenon. The object approach dominating in the domestic theory is inadequate, because it reduces legal culture only to knowledge of current legislation and law-abiding behavior. The author's approach reveals the underlying foundation of legal culture of the different social actors, which are the leading values - formal equality, freedom and justice.
