RURAL TOURISM AND AGRO-TOURISM - SUSTAINABLE SOURCES OF PROTECTION, PRESERVATION AND PROMOTION OF TRADITIONAL BUILDINGS IN THE REGION OF TRANSYLVANIA

Abstract

This article wants to be a presentation of what rural tourism and agro-tourism are, in the context of sustainable tourism, having as main purpose the protection, preservation and promotion of traditional rural buildings in Transylvania. Having as a starting point the theoretical concepts which substantiate its activities of sustainable rural tourism and agro-tourism, with positive implications on the economic, social and cultural fields, on one hand, and the fundamental concept which is defined by tradition and how the matter is found to be in the face of danger of never found in contemporary civilization continuity reality, on the other hand, indicated - by means of a demonstration study, what should represent in reality secrecy heritage techniques and the principles of construction in the traditional manner in the context of further expansion of more and more dominant of modern techniques to design and build what we are witnessing in all, by highlighting – benefits of positive influences rural tourism and the agro-tourism on space and daily life in the rural areas, dream a dream of architectural requirements, constructive and functional imposed in order to achieve these units of receiving tourists. Still, rural heritage in general, and in particular the architectural, with whom the tourists must be pleased, can still be saved and entered into a touristic circuit durable only through a serious involvement and direct both through the structural funds grants, promoted by the European Union, through the Agency of Payments for Rural Development and Fisheries (APDRP) in Romania and by non-governmental organizations and other institutions of the state or private ones, in close connection with specialist agencies in tourism, saving the Transylvanian village [5]. This sustained effort is for promoting efficiency of rural tourism and agro-tourism is given the efficient use of a policy effective marketing to take account of both the tourist context specific touristic area of Transylvania, data from the aspects of this competition rural products promoted at this level as well as the means to provide information on, and to promote the necessary both in the process responsible for the dissemination and consumer direct transmission of the most compelling domestic tourism products offered in the end, through companies specialised in this field.
