DEVELOPMENT OF TRAIN AID ON DISCIPLINE В«QUALITY MANAGEMENTВ» IN SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

The main purpose of these studies was to prepare for the publication of a textbook on the subject of "quality Management", widely used for the training of students in the areas of training MGUPP: «Computer science and engineering», «Applied informatics», «Automation of technological processes and productions (in the food industry)», «Biotechnology», «Food products from vegetable raw materials», «Food products of animal origin», «Technology of production and organization of public catering», «Standardization and Metrology», «Quality management (in food production)», «Management in technical systems», «Veterinary and sanitary expertise», «Commodity science (and examination of food products and agricultural raw materials)», «Service in the food industry», summarizing the experience of teaching this discipline in the FGBOU VO " MGUPP». The paper presents the main results obtained in the creation of scientific and methodological support of the discipline "Quality Management" for "Automation of technological processes and productions" in higher education." The developed educational and methodical complex (UMK) of discipline "quality Management" is executed on the basis of long-term experience on teaching of this discipline in different institutes of MGUPP and in other educational institutions and it is based on the achievements of domestic and foreign science in terms of modern theories of learning, the formation of concepts, the fundamentalization of education in the field of quality management. The purpose of this manual is to form the basic concepts of the history of quality management, principles and approaches on the basis of which it is possible to develop a correct understanding of the possibilities of application, objectives and tasks to be solved during the implementation of quality management in specific organizations. The difference of the present development from the majority of available textbooks is the shift of emphasis in teaching the discipline "Quality Management" with documentation and certification of quality management systems on the conceptual basis that allows students to realize the importance of this methodology and the paramount importance of the introduction of a quality culture in the organization. This decision was made on the basis of constant feedback from students – from high school students to senior management. The training manual describes the terms, definitions and evolution of quality management. The philosophy of Total quality management is stated. The methods of collecting and presenting information about the quality of processes are analyzed. The role of technical control, ISO 9000:2000 standards are considered. The comparison of Western concepts and systems used in the USSR is carried out.
