ON ACHIEVING SYNERGY IN "STRATEGY-INTEGRATION COMPLEX OF A MODERN COMPANY
Abstract
The current highly competitive situation requires organizations to seek, find and use new potentials to increase competitiveness in both strategic and tactical aspects of activity. In the article the approaches to efficient administration with significant contemporary bases of organization competitive advantage as set of strategies at various levels and its integration actions are analyzed. This in-depth analysis of the main idea of complex strategies, integration activity of organizations and its interaction special features allows managers to see and formalize the approaches to revelation and exploitation of new potential competitiveness growth. This potential concerns complex understanding of environment requirements dualism, appropriate reactions, goal setting features on various planning horizons, specificity of mutual influence the organization strategies at various levels and integration levels at these levels. Implementation of these approaches to search and usage of integration-strategic synergy in organizations form different industries will be an evident aspect in promotion of enhancement Russian economy competitiveness.
