Abstract

In this paper, the social project «House for pensioners», designed by the authors, is presented, it meets the requirements of the building concept of «passive house» with low energy consumption; in this connection it could be suitable for implementation both in European countries and in the climatic conditions of the Russian Federation. A special feature of this project is the authors' attempt to expand the construction concept of the «passive house» by using a new energy efficient technology to deliver natural daylight to the interior spaces of buildings with a constant presence of people in order to reduce the consumption of electricity and improve the physical and psychological state of people. The scientific study presents the results of calculations of the reduced resistance to heat transfer of the fragments of the enclosing structure, the results of calculations for the choice of load-bearing insulation elements used for the interfaces of balcony slabs with the wall, as well as the results of light calculation of the interior provided by energy-efficient ecological lighting systems based on the mirrored hollow tubular light guides, executed in the environment of the exclusive computer program DIALux. The last section of the paper presents diagrams compiled on the basis of calculations of the costs incurred and confirming the full profitability of the developed project.
